thanks bro I was thinking my body digested things fast thus resulting in hunger every time but it's not true after seeing this i realized it's fake hunger and i shouldn't eat anything unless it's necessary Good job I love you
Glad this helped. You're welcome!
Thank you
You're welcome!
I tried that and its super irritating sneezed for ten minutes. And my nose was not plugged after. I don’t know how he kept a straight face. Especially after that second one. I thought it was worth it. You really should show the rest of the video.
Thank you Samuel! What more are you wanting to see in the video? Dr Hansen does these on a regular basis so that's probably why he didn't have much of a response. It really is an effective treatment! We are glad you benefitted.
@@hansenhealthsolutions8838 what was the concentration of the ozone used? and how many CC used?
I thought you weren't supposed to breath in ozone
Hi Mimi! You are correct that you definitely do not want to breath in ozone. For the sinus insufflation you hold you breath, then exhale through your nose to make sure that no ozone enters your lungs 🙂
Can you do these everyday or do you need to take days off?
Hi Terry! Great question. You could definitely do them daily at first, especially if your case is severe or you notice a particularly good response. Typically we find that 1-2x/wk is sufficient.
I have neck problems too
I had a sinus infection that wasn’t responding to 3 sets of antibiotics. So I did ozone sinus insufflation and I did it am & pm twice daily for 5 days and it cured me quick.
Awesome!
I’m in the same boat. It’s my fourth antibiotic actually and I can’t take it anymore. How big of a dose were you using for ozone? Thank you
@@dashutkamishutkayou ok ?
I'm in desperate need of regenerate therapy. Insurance doesn't cover it. It's awful. I can't work. And I can't afford the expensive treatment so that I can work again. I'm too poor to live :p
I'm sorry to hear that. The good news is that many insurance companies are covering this therapy now, but it depends on your specific policy. Also, depending on what your condition is there are many other therapies that may help. Usually, we would do a comprehensive evaluation with you first to determine which therapy or therapies would be most effective. If you are local to our clinic and want to give us a call, we can verify all of your insurance benefits as a courtesy.
Very curious which is the best device to measure heart rate while training/ track sleep/ and hrv?
Hi Coach! During training and to look at HRV Dr Hansen uses a bluetooth chest strap and a phone app.
@@hansenhealthsolutions8838 thank you - any particular brand ?
@@NAKMUAYACADEMY Polar is a great brand for chest straps. They have an app too, but you can use whichever you feel like is most user friendly.
@@hansenhealthsolutions8838 thank you
How often do you do this?
Hi Vera! It depends on your situation. If you live in San Antonio where the allergies are horrible, you would probably do it more often. Typically someone might do these 1-2x/wk for 2-4 weeks.
Great video but you did not explain the very last item on the scan sheet, the IMPEDANCE what does it mean...?
Great question! Impedance is the amount of resistance that the scan encounters as it moves through the body. Different body tissues will have different levels of impedance, and the amount of impedance is a big part of how the scan is able to determine your composition. - Dr Hansen
2:01 elite HRV app
I don't know who originally said it, but I like the quote, "Your body isn't Amazon prime, it takes more than 2 day to show up".
Yes! 100%
This makes water fast much easier thank you
You're absolutely welcome!
Good video. Thanks Doc.🍀👌🍀
how can i get the original HRV map and use it for further analysis in scientific research?
I'm not sure what you mean by "Original HRV Map" but usually you will just start taking HRV readings and simply build up a large pool of n=1 data to compare future readings to. If you are wanting to get very scientific about it, I would consider logging all your readings in a spreadsheet and labeling each read with some things like your stress level, how well you slept, any nutritional/exercise changes, etc. That way when you reference, you have something to go off of. Good luck! - Dr Hansen
You blink waaay too much dude, maybe it's a morris code message asking for help someone should decode that.😲
It's not Morse Code, but if you can figure the code out you'll know the secret to everlasting life ;)
What is the unit of the HRV measure? RMS-SD or something else? Also, what is a good HRV score in your opinion?
This app in particular measures a number of things, and then spits out a general score for you. You can monitor all the numbers if you are really wanting to nerd-out with it (which is great), but for most people you can just let the app worry about all that. As far as a "Good" HRV score, it really just depends. I'd suggest you look at it more as feedback and something to give you a better understanding of where you are at in that moment. Use it as another piece of information to help you manage your health. For example, if the number shows a very low variability that may suggest overtraining. You could not only act accordingly, but also consider what you did the last few days/week to end up in that position. Or, maybe that training was intentional and you would expect the number to be where it is. Just focus on understanding what it means, the implications, and how you can change your approach based off that info.....rather than trying to get to a specific number. Hope that helps!
How does this compare to the camera on the phone to measure HRV?
I'm not sure how you use a camera on the phone to measure HRV. If you can post a link I will investigate and let you know though!
@@hansenhealthsolutions8838 The app, that's using the camera+light is HRV4Training.
Okay, I'll bite. Was that ozonated water, or just ozone?
Just ozone, but it is important to coat the inside of the nostrils with something like coconut oil before the treatment.
Hansen Health Solutions do you need a special machine for the ozone?
@@simonstones1918 I use this one. You need an oxygen tank as well which you can buy at a welding shop. Do your research first. Ozone is powerful. www.promolife.com/o3elite-single-ozone-generator/
This is bad, there should a warning saying that you should not inhale. How do you prevent the ozone when syringed from not being forced into the lungs?
@@AlexSmith-fs6ro that’s why he takes a deep breath before nasal insufflation to prevent it going into lungs. It only stays in nasal/sinus passages. I do this at home every few days, it works amazing.
Hello Hansen, thanks your explanation!! what watch do you recomend for register Variability heart rate??
Personally, I prefer to connect the HR monitor to my phone and use that. Just make sure you get a chest strap that has bluetooth capability. If it doesn't, then the strap will typically come with the watch for you to use.
This beat that you're talking about is it kind of like when taking a digital blood pressure reading and you see the beat counting down sometimes I've seen it countdown rapid and then other times I've seen it count down very slow. And sometimes my heart rate isn't even that fast or that slow.
I'm not 100% sure i'm understanding your question, so feel free to clarify and i'm happy to follow up. HRV is similar to heart rate, blood pressure, etc, in that if you are monitoring over a period of time you can watch it change, but these do not all directly follow each other. Meaning, just because your heart rate lowers does not mean that your HRV will improve.
Good information, cheers!
obv this is very unacurrate. you are not 5 % BF
Oh i'm not? I run 100 mile ultra marathons, eat clean, have been very active my entire life, and have always been relatively small (under 160lbs). I started measuring body fat in high school, and have maintained 4-8% body fat since then. Or maybe you feel like your visual evidence (simply watching this video) is more authoritative than my long term data? - Dr Hansen
Nah, I cant be very accurate. I just found this video since I bought this maschine for home use and found the numbers to be abit off. And seems true when I look at your numbers. You cant have 140 lbs muscles when you weigh 157 lbs. musclemass is normally 45% of total bodyweight. also, 5% BF is what compeating bodybuilders have on stage, so that also seems abit off
Sounds like you're the expert on me.
Nah I never claimed to be an expert. but its clearly something off when the differance between you total bodyweight and you musclemass is 17 punds. a normal skeleton weighs 20 lbs, then you have some organs, brain, skin and hopefully some liters of blood. So clearly not so accurate
Sounds like you are under some misapprehensions about how the scan presents the data. If you read up on the scan it will resolve your concerns. Hope that helps. - Dr Hansen
do wrist band with bluetooth heartrate sensor work?
Should work just fine. As long as you are getting a good HR read, then the app you use will translate that into the HRV data the same as if you were using a chest strap or something else.
Lovely explanation. It took me a while to search for this. But I'm satisfied. Thanks mate.
If there's anything else I can clarify, just let me know!
