this mission has max random, but the modifier itself is bugged in 4b and 8b. more specifically, in those two the notes are placed according to a repeating pattern, so in 4b it's "1 2 3 4", giving all ascending notes but 8b, oh boy notes are placed in "6 R 4 5 2 3 L 1" order.
