We loved taormina and would always pick something up in the local shop. Taormina is amazing especially when you go off the main street

Hi, how long did it take to walk from Lassi to Argostoli and is it well lit at night? Thanks.
@Viewsonic61 yes it's well lit. From dolphin supermarket about 10-15 mins, but u can always catch a taxi I think it was about €7 euros one way
@@nicsemms We will be visiting kefalonia for the first time in September and we love to go for walks in the evening so that's really helpful. Thank you.
@@Viewsonic61 it's a lovely walk up over the top of the hill. Just go at your own pace. We will be back in kefalonia next year. Have a fabulous time. You will love it.

Yes it was next door to Hermes Hotel

So the hotel Galaxy is where we stayed in 1993. The lighthouse is a copy of the original that fell into the sea during the 1953 earthquake. You can see the old columns in the water if you snorkel there... Nice memories from 30 years ago.
