I'm an introvert who processes externally and writing songs is my way of organizing the jumble of thoughts into something I can understand.
Here's one that encapsulates some of the anxieties and stress that manifest in my mind. In essence, this is a self-reflection in an effort to name, accept, and show that these feelings exist. Not every day is a day where you feel you are thriving even if it may look like it on the outside. Be kind to people and understand that you DON'T understand everyone's story, past, or present state of mind.
