@ hebrews 1:4 Being made so much better than the angels, as he hath by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they. I just googled it I believe that Jehovah witnesses Bible says created.

@@andrewbrown9497 the Bible teaches God is one. Yet, the Bible teaches the Father is God, the Son is God, and the Sprit is God. What would you call that? The term Trinity is just a way to express what the Bible teaches.

​@@faithfulcarpetcleaningThe Bible tells us God has spoken many times and many ways Hebrews 1:1. Why say God is three when we are clearly told God has many times. Two of the three you listed have good clear reasons. The Father on the other hand just is. You can read more about God speaking to Moses through a burning bush say "He is the God of Abraham........."

@@andrewbrown9497 im sorry but im having a difficult time tracking with you. One issue of many false forms of Christianity is they take one vs and base a Theological position based on that one vs. what Maccarthur is saying and what I believe is we have to let all of scripture speak for itself and understand all of scripture in light of the whole. For instance, Exodus 3 introduces us to God in many ways, but also much has been revealed after that as well. So we interpret Exodus 3 in light of all revealed scripture especially that which is progressively revealed.

​@@faithfulcarpetcleaning Have issues responding. If we only go by what we are told in the Bible we are told God is one that chooses to be what God chooses to be. The trinity teaches God is three. It is never told to us God "is" three. Only that God has many times and many ways. Then by. His Son. Hebrews 1:1-2 If you can't at the very least show that God really is three and can't choose to be what God chooses to be as we are told what is the point?
