Only a few things I feel I should mention. Why the 66th Games? I feel like it should be earlier on, maybe the 20-30 that would explain why the interviewer is younger, it could represent how Caesar Flickerman was younger at the time. Also there are usually volunteers from district two, even if they were both reaped at least one person would have volunteered in their places. That’s what district two is known for, their victors, and most of the time, their victors are volunteers who have trained at the academy.
