sincere question: Since It Is True that i agree with your premises Since It Is True that i stopped at 1:52 because i understood what you Meant Since It Is True that i believe you Mean Well, and so you Put your Sincerest Thoughts Up Front: why are there voices making Noises while you talk in the first 1:52? this question is addressed to the publisher and not to anyone else.

Once dying is the material, twice dying is the spirit.

That mumbling in the background is really annoying. Sorry. There is time for teaching, and there is time for chanting, IMHO. Pls, correct me if I am wrong.

Last weekend some guy almost crashed into my car, I gently made a sign of 🤷‍♂🤦‍♂ and then he stepped me to ask me a bit aggressively : What’s your problem? So I spinned back the question and asked him why he was in a hurry and what is the problem with just keeping the speedlimit. He yelled at me that he was getting to late for watching formule 1 on Telly . It’s okay to lay back and watch I said, but please for the health of others leave the racing for the pro’s who have practiced, meanwhile let’s practice your patience. Go out of my way he started to yelling.. so I walked to the back of my car. Does a dog have a Buddha nature I asked? He started to shout and yell louder, and the;I opened my trunk... my dog jumped out and while this Amstaf only wanted to jump on this stranger to lick his face , he got scared and jumped back in his car to drive away😅😅 .. It’s not the most classic zen practice, though I assume that I would act different and even aggressive if I didn’t have dedicated myself to grow and explore this zen road. Im not a monk neither im able to be in a retreat , but I love to practice and integrate in my daily life 😉 And talk connect with others to learn , love and evolve into who we are

Do you mean just be yourself very simply? Original true mind is a complex thought. Using the word "keeping" sets a goal which may be impossible to attain.

I suggest you do the Kaizen strategy. Being yourself is living in the now. You can only be yourself by realising you are yourself each time you feel this "now" moment. Disconnect from else and connect to the rest. Connect with movement, gravity, nature, paper, rocks, grass and life itself and you will feel that you are yourself.
