Wanna see what a motorcycle looks like when you change it to everything it's NOT supposed to be? That is exactly what I'm gonna do with this 1990 Suzuki Intruder!
I Make a Pro Croquet Mallet in 5 Minutes!

I show a brief summary of how I made these quality croquet mallets for a customer! They are not regulation size, but they are still very much made to the same standard!

Found this rickety table for free and I make it solid and beautiful again!
I need closure! 😅
Quite amazing! Yet considering the work that was done I think it's a shame that the rake angle of that chopper geometry frame wasn't reduced. The handling might have been improved a lot.
Did you ever finish it? 😢 just watched all 3 videos, I can’t go on until I see a part 4!
Realy bad taste .this bike is huglly
Nice build, as soon as i saw the chem-dip can, i swear i could smell it.
Change the fork
Best to start with changing the fork then you'll kno how to attach the subframe properly
Отличный был мот!) У меня такой же)
I appreciate this heroic build -- great content. I hope it turns out well.
Surely beats changing diapers,
Good job bro, Congrats on the baby. Yeah the carbs are a pain to sync on these bikes, but worth it when you get it!
Quanto ela ta pesando ?
great video. love from kenya
Good job there! Really hoping to see part 3 ✌
how is the project going?
just released the next video!
@@blackovalcustoms8551 Already seen👋🏼
Well done, keep knocking them out "" you can make a fortune. just put some plates on the head ends either aluminium or plastic and some sighting lines along the top of the head, and stop throwing stuff at the little lady Bro.
Where’s part 3 of the Suzuki build man? Been patiently waiting
I've subscribed and am eagerly waiting for part 3 , bike's already looking moster💀 gotta see the final beast 🦾❤❤
Not the best frame for a cafe racer🤨🤔
Nice job. Im going to make some!
Nice work young man
got to say I dig the build, not a huge fan of the battery under the tank but I like seeing these old bikes getting a second life.
Путин любит тебя брат !!!!
Awesome video
Part 3!!!
This is impressive brother! If I could weld and fabricate I would. A Suzuki intruder cafe racer is insane! Especially if it’s the 1400 model 🤩
You should go with a halo led light instead though!
please next (Pt.3)👍👍👍
Love this. Very cool how you do this. Where did you get the drying rack? Or did you make that?
So damn cool!
Esperando el siguiente video 😱 excelente trabajo 👌
Bro the off center headlights are tight! That never occurred to me when I was building my vt600 bobber. Sweet!
Hey fabricator/welder here you’re doing a great job but for your safety put a shield on the cutting wheel. Those are more dangerous than they seem
Those are gorgeous! Where do you find oak dowel rods? All I can ever find is cheap pine.
Given he started out our round and went square, you could easily start out square and round the edges. A square start is better since his handles are too thin. So then you have to fit them to your heads, which is easy if you have a lathe, or you can do the same TS rounding with a jig, just fit the hole to the square or rounded handles, or make a piece that fits over the handle like a washer to make it round, etc... Or when you glue up the heads, leave a square mortise, and fit the handles in mortise and tenon style, or use a spokeshave to round the ends. Or a router dowel making jig. There are so many ways.
0:15. Hah! Ya missed me!
Seen many similar builds Honda yamaha suzuki. Cut the bottom out of a fuel tank and drop it further down. Bit of extra work but would look so much more cafe racer style.
top good jop i waiting for you 👍
Thanks for the video. It's not a pro set because they are not weighted, but great for lawn croquet I'm sure.
Yes a bit light.
Looks a lot better than the Ogalala ones! Neat work.
I dont think that susspension will allow the driveshaft to spin freely
No hate, but nearly all monoshock set-ups have multiple parts, linkages and dogbones, all to do with travel rate, travel limit, travel stroke and general suspension feel, but hey what do i know, im no suspension guru
You're right! Most mono shock suspension set-ups do have multiple linkages... but there are also a bunch that don't. So I just wanted to keep it simple for now. I will admit that I probably could have done it a more fancy way, but I wasn't lying when I said I was just wingin' it! I'm sure i'll get better the more that I do!
@@blackovalcustoms8551 if it works, it works, as i said, no hate
It won't work, look at the driveshaft all kinked the thing won't even roll.
I got a short video on my channel on how to swap out that hydraulic clutch to a cable clutch you might wanna check out. I've had one of these bikes for 7-8 years now. I also have a 6 piston front brake from a ninja on mine as well. I like my Barnett clutch personally. HD clutch springs I recommend too.. These are peppy little bikes. I had to spend a couple grand on a sportster engine to out run a stock 800 suzuki. I'm gonna watch part 2. If you mono shock this thing, I'm in lol Curious how you're gonna run the carbs. They can be a nightmare
Thanks man! not sure what I'm doing about the carbs quite yet, but I'll re-jet them and go from there I suppose. Thank you for the suggestions!
Pretty cool stuff man.
Boy! You are fast…and a hard worker.
Way to go Simeon!! Awesome!!!:-)
Thank you!! 😁
Have you thought of a career in Hollywood?
Excellent presentation! Enjoyed your frankness and humor. But…we will not ride it or any other motorcycle. Think you should be in movies… We could call you the “MAD INVENTOR.” Thanks. PS: we would keep all the throw-away parts… You see, we are junk collectors!!
Dude I'm digging it!!!
Thank you!
great job, here in Brazil we don't have access to affordable tools and accessories, but I also have an intruder 1400. I'm trying to build a bobber. Google Translator, Sorry
Thats awesome man! keep going and don't give up!
Build is looking sick man, keep it up
I appreciate it!
