He only had time to teach him one jutsu, and it’s a hard jutsu to learn because it’s a high ranked jutsu AND it was a chakra nature he hadn’t even manifested yet. So that is another feather in Kakashi’s cap, taught a new chakra nature, change in chakra form, AND jutsu. 3. Kakashi also has multiple forms of Chidori and still creates his own jutsu, Sasuke has never made his own jutsu, just built off of what he was given.

Was his taijutsu any better, no Also sure with physical training but that is not enough to qualify a good teacher.

Also I think jiraiya just had a different type of teaching style it made him seem lazy but he made Naruto learn rasengan and shit on his own because he knows naruto has the work ethic to accomplish anything and that he has minato genes so he gonna succeed
