hi~ the hike took a total of about 3 hours to reach the cave. we started early...plus we hung out a bit and swam inside the cave. it's a good hike.

aw you don't suck haha, it just needs time to get used to it. ummm....I just practice waving keeping in my mind doing it from my arms out from fingers, wrist, roll it out to your elbows, shoulders, then chest then shoulder, elbow wrist, fingers...try to focus on isolations...this vid is old ehehh. but i'm sure there are a lot of "wave tutorials" on youtube from amazing dancers that you could learn from too. good luck buddy! you can do it. just practice ^_^

ah this was On Guam. I was told that the instructor that teaches in the philippines doesn't teach anymore T.T so i just study on my own since i got the basics and attend seminars. try searching online for it. i'm sure you'll find something. I'll ask around as well and get back to you on that. is it okay?
