Quick question so if i get to gold level before march 1 do i lose the gold status when march 1st comes?

I have had the United Explorer card for 2 months and late I realized that the Quest card was the best for me, how long should I wait to upgrade from explorer to quest, what would happen to the points earned and the entry bonus I earned, And if they accept the upgrade I would be eligible for the entry bonus of the new card, thank you very much

200k loyalty points is a tremendous amount.

It looks like you can only book direct flights through British Airways. Do you know how to book flights with layovers? I live near a regional airport, and the closest large airport for direct flights is a 3 hour drive.

When I follow your instructions I do not get a list of flights but rather a screen that says there is a problem try again in while. I have tried numerous times and even days later and still get the same screen.

If you have the quest card and transferred Chase points to united. Used them in a flight. Never originated the points from a united credit card. ... .does this trigger the 5k quest credit??

There is actually a level higher than diamond. This is lifetime diamond. There is no requirement to ever requalify. This level is given by Hilton at their discretion. Not advertised.

Is American paying you?? Their Loyalty points is ridiculously high - almost unachievable. That is just ungrateful for their devoted customers of over 20 years!!! in order to maintain my Platinum Pro I need to spend $125,000 per year. Their Flight+ Segents or amount per year was more realistic

Good list. I usually get Uber to and from the airport for trips over 3 days, as it usually costs the same with discounts and gift cards. Gives me peace of mind too that the lambo is safe at home. 😂

MileagePlus sucks, you make Hotel reservations and goodluck finding that email or trip. the 3rd party site does not sync properly and hard to find your Hotel reservations. I think they made that on purpose, then they will just transfer you to this endless loop of phone tags.

American Airlines ripped me off of nearly 10,000 miles. Round Trip LAX-SYD is 14,976. AA credited me only 10,884 miles...net loss of 4,092 miles. I also flew Round Trip LAX-AUH is 17,358, AA credited me only 11,884...net loss of 5,474 miles. Just in two trips I was shorted 9,566 miles in the span of three weeks. I called AAdvantage Program and they said loyalty points/miles is based on fare - not miles??? How is this not misleading? Class Action Lawsuit forthcoming?

I just got AAdvantage Platinum with their new Status Pass. Would that make getting an AAdvantage credit card more valuable? I don't have any currently.

I have the Amex Green and I DON'T use Clear and this is prone to human error.

He ruined it for all because people routinely use clear to travel with loaded guns because of security loopholes.

I have clear. Don't use it much but the biggest advantage is going to the front of the Precheck line. In places like Chicago it can be a huge benefit. Having to showing my ID to the TSA guy is nothing. The real reason you do it is to get preferential treatment as Pre-check lines get longer and longer.

The TSA has been the biggest failure in modern times. Probably second or third to things like the past 3 years and dems actions. They have never stopped a threat, and were only created to alleviate the liability from airlines.

The entire TSA process is prone to human error, as it is humans doing the screening. Besides, biometrics is where all of this is leading to anyway, it is just a matter of time.
