Noooooooo 2 off Bard 3 and sell heeeeeeeello that´s illegal. I lost a while back to a Jinx reroller solely because i sold Bard units i had and someone found his last couple of Bards and fully items on it with Jinx and Wuk also fully itemized, i went from beating him to not even finishing off his Wukong because of that xd

milio prioritizes giving items to units with items already. since u had 4 units with 1 item it was random which 2 it gave items(bard and ahri). Then his next cast is guaranteed to give items to bard and ahri again since they have 2 items now. If you wanted to give diana items then u needed to give diana 2 items before the round starts to make sure milio prints to her

vex gets more shield the more enemies target her, also gargoyles works the same way so at least in the mid game is vex solo in front
