Thank you for your passion and efforts in helping Veterans and our families fight the wicked and corrupt V.A. I ran into the same problem with two different V.A. Audiology exams that were rushed and poorly done. I got my own Audiology exam at a top rated, high tech practice for accurate and complete exam reports. I then obtained a nexus letter and in short order received my Tinnitus and Hearing Loss ratings, after 14 years since filing. The cost for the private exam was reasonable and I approached the cost as an investment in my claims process, just like the nexus letter costs. One word of advice is - when you go get your private audiology exam do not mention your VA disability claims to your professional examiner ever. I told them the truth that I was needing the exam so I can get my VA paid for hearing aids, which I also did, good luck to all of you veterans out there fighting the evil VA disability compensation claims process. I was never even offered speech discrimination even though it was my main complaint. If there are multiple sounds, I can't understand what people are saying.

I had a hearing test with the VA and when it came to a voice recognition test I could only understand 2 words. I was told to stop playing games and took the test over, same 2 words. She didn't get the results she wanted so she didn't summit it. It was just that specific voice.

I WORK for post office and was attack by dog and bitten badly and infected and arms still weak to carry mail had surgery to infection out what percentage of damage occording to Owcp awards is it ? Bitten in Dc.

Thank you so very much for this information…I was injured back in 2009 bad fall hit my knee landed on my knee cap. Employee health brushed me off said I was fine and few days with muscle relaxer. So past 10ish years I had to treat my knee in private sector on my insurance, I have torn meniscus and severe O.A. Last MRI is 10yrs old.

Please let people be aware of when they are having MRI's that when they see a technical factor that when it states Motion artifact limits evaluation. Federal Injury center sent me to get an updated MRI and all of a sudden, all my injuries were cured, but my body was telling me different, no doctor caught this but after doing intense studying and question myself found out that they used the oldest MRI machine that took 4 1/2 hours to do 3 images. Finally, question these MRI's I got 2 more images that showed some of what my last MRIs did, but they would not use my old MRI for comparison. I just feel so sorry for any workers who are clueless about MRI's and have issues that are told nothing wrong with them, check those MRI's and to boot that they are trying to charge again for these MRI's that were incorrect the first time.

Merit Review1-D-RECO • Forms CA-7-Claim for Compensation dated 07/29/2024 and 08/10/2024 claiming TTD compensation for period 07/15/2024 through 07/28/2024 and 07/29/2024 through 08/10/2024. Your physician must submit a complete and comprehensive narrative report to this Office, which includes a history of your injury and a thorough explanation with objective findings, establishing how your work injuries of 04/06/2024 caused you to be disabled and incapable of working during the period claimed. BASIS FOR DECISION: The evidence is not sufficient to modify the decision dated 07/25/2024 because although you submitted additional medical evidence, it does not support that you were disabled from work during the period claimed due to your accepted condition. 20 C.F.R. § 10.501 (a) provides that "the employee is responsible for providing sufficient medical evidence to justify payment of any compensation sought.". It is noted that Dr. Salvador Baylan provided several diagnoses of medical conditions in his 07/30/2024 report; however, the report does not provide an unequivocal medical opinion based on a complete factual and medical background explaining how the diagnosed medical conditions caused your inability to perform any kind of work. If you lost time from work as a result of your injury related disability, the medical evidence in the case must clearly support that you lost time as a result of the accepted work injury (i.e. doctor's visit, physical therapy, temporary disability, etc.). At this time, there is no medical evidence in your file that supports that you were unable to perform your duties during the time claimed. Dr Elias I was injured while working TDY my case was approved and I've been doing therapy now if I feel that I could go back to work and in the future, if I'm having problems with my injury again, would I be able to go back on comp on the same claim?
