個則真係奇怪， 喺客廳望住個景真係好有壓迫 ， 屋嘅設計真係好做得好差！有乜理由個3 piece廁所擺喺大門口側邊!。 有窗口嘅地方就冇窗，唔應該有窗口嘅地方就有窗！ 咁多層搬傢俬搬死又唔可以太大件個樓梯口又窄迂迴！ 平嘅屋頂落雪就有機會太重對間屋嘅Structure影響，Free hold townhouse 到時要維修嗰陣你就大鑊。 望吓Markham而家Zone真係做得好差 但我欣賞呢個台嘅經紀好老實，缺點照sell ， 好多機會俾個客second guess 😂，如果我係客我就會俾你Sell到唔想買 ！😛 百五萬買間咁嘅嘢！

price is high , cannot move large items from front door,use garage to move,price should include finish basement,property tax higher,not the free hold.
I would assume there's a lot of money on the sidelines waiting to get in, but when prices are too high we're all asking how much higher can it go? China cities are down 30-50%, Hk is down 20%.... Nice townhouse but I'm seeing semi's and detachs selling for a similar price. Eat a bun, drink a tea and sit around a bit and wait. Price too high, I'm too poor and the world is too crazy.
