I have yet to actually play this game but I've watched so many of these custom Catan board videos now 😄 Great job, I really like the ore and desert tiles!
This is beautiful. I love the use of a single wood. It makes the final version cleaner. Other custom boards will have beautiful individual tiles but all together they're busy and chaotic looking. This board is artwork that can function as a playable board. Thanks for sharing.
the way the wood got hollowed out looks absolutely shit. And putting random objects in raisin... that's not the way it should be done. The water looks ok tho.
very nice design but at the first glance they all look the same. The color difference needs to be striking, for it to be even more cool in it's functionality. The ports are really cool!
The beach tile alone I would love to grand scale it to be a wall tile set. If thats ever possible, ballpark a number and I'll work overtime to make it happen
The individual pieces look awesome, but the completed gameboard looks like a mess: its not really visible at one glance what is what. I think if you put more emphasis on color coding (red=stone, bleu=water, grey=ore etc), it would be more visible, more playable. I also dont like how the wood and resin seems a bit random, take for instance the bottom left ore hexagon: one side of the ore is 'leaking out'. The pattern of resin seems haphazardly in the wood. Sometimes in the middle, sometimes hitting a border, sometimes hitting more borders. It looks not well thought thru. The ports look very nice. If you made the land pieces a bit the same way (carve out hexagon from wood, insert bottom grass/soil layer, then put the things in, then the resin, then carve away ALL the wood, like you did with the ports: that would make a much, much better playing field, imho. But very nicely done!
Am I able to order this please?
superb
Would have loved if he had an Esty store selling this XD
I would like to do this in future, but I don't know from what he did it, what materials?

Came for the craftsmanship, stayed for the dangerously sick house track. Song title?
should put mini magnets in the side to keep them togheter
Now time to do all the expansions.
Very nice
Gorgeous
Hi! Do you sell this? 🙏🏻😁
what does the bucket like thing do to the resian?
Do you sell these?! Cause I NEED!

daaaaaamn whats that song called??? I was vibin through the entire video!
Wow
Sets like this could sell for a lot. You could make serious bank pretty quickly.
I want this!!
It's beautiful. Wish I had one.
This is incredible work, altough some of the designs do not fit that good in my opinion.
beautiful <3
That is a lovely Catan game you made there enjoyed the video thank you
are you willing to sell them?
These are awesome!
Omg this is amazing. I would definitely buy a set like this.
Finally someone who understands that not only blue colored resin exists. That is a huge Like from me.
Pleeeease never wear gloves when working on a table saw 😱
dude must really like settlers O_O.

30%-40% of hex is some darkwood color. What is the point? From distache it looks like some garbage depicted on hex. And yeah, Sea tiles look like sky.
This was amazing, and also great editing of the video!

Imagine making a floor out of these or ceeling.
Artistically interesting. As a Catan player, it would be too distracting. Plus there is nowhere to put the die roll pieces.
the blur effect through the whole video makes me dizzy, i can't pay actual attention to the video.
This guy get more views, subs and everything, than i did with just one video. Damn, i wish i could that as well!
UA-cam: have you ever heard of Catan? Me: No UA-cam: Would you like to? Me seeing this, understading nothing and finding it beautiful: 👁👄👁
its a good table game, you should try it (if u have friends or family)
@@Gabiman66 you can also play it in Tabletop Simulator with strangers if you have no friends or family :)
@@los_aerzt5242 yeah but simulators will never as good as originals
Pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! FOr GOD!!! Make shogi pieces. with the letters inside.
How much did it cost you? EVERYTHING
about $300-400 not including the major power tools that I already had
Truly a masterpiece!! 👀😱😎 Now i need to see what you can do with Terraforming Mars!!💚🧡
That was my thought too, if only because I'm playing TM later today :p
too bad catan is a reaaaaly bad game
ngl these look like shit
The wood is waaaaay too dark, esp next to those bright af water blocks. Pass.
Finally someone who uses gloves at the table saw. Most of the time I see dumbasses barehanded grabbing both sides of the wood.
