Love the progress and the views. I thought deeply about building in St. Elizabeth area to get the sea view, but didn't want to contend with the intense heat in that area and low rainfall totals. I changed my mind and went to Mandeville for the cooler temperature and higher annual rainfall totals. I wish I could package the cool Mandeville hills and the nice sea views. Unfortunately, almost all decisions made are a trade-off. It's hard to get exactly what we want.
