What a nice day out! We were able to go to Ivrea for the battle of the oranges and it was so much fun! The town smelled like freshly squeezed orange juice. There is also a lake outside of the city where we used to take our kids swimming. It is a wonderful area and so beautiful!

i remember going to the living nativity on Christmas Eve in Pino Torinese. It was so amazing and beautiful. Something I have never seen before. The one in San Damiano looks very big, I love it!

Per i mercatini di Natale, dovete vedere quelli che ci sono in Alto Adige, che sono la vera espressione delle feste Natalizie. Ambienti e scenari magici, le varie casette sono piene di colori con palline dai colori fantastici, diversificate non sono incentrate, tranne 2 o 3 sul cibo, come invece ho visto al mercatino di Asti, che è pieno di stand di alimenti. I mercatini in Alto Adige sono avvolti In una atmosfera unica e magica, non per niente ogni anno sono visitati da almeno un milione di visitatori provenienti da regioni anche molto lontane. Specialmente quelli di BOLZANO, e Merano a detta di tutti sono meravigliosi. 👍👍👍

That was not the Opera House you labelled in the video :))). That's actually the 'Det Kongelige Teater - Skuespilhuset (aka The Playhouse). The Opera House is the imposing structure across the water from Amalienborg.

Is the wallpaper too much pattern for the room? I have removed wallpaper in two rooms years ago. Paint the room first. You can always add pictures.

lol Pam, go with paint in the bedroom, at least easier to change your mind if you don’t like it. 😅 We waited ages for our internet as well so hubs ordered a Starlink pack, soon after the internet guys arrived so our Starlink is now a backup, haven’t actually used it yet.

Another thought. Paint the back splash and adjacent wall either brick red (to blend in with the ceiling) and have accents (pottery, vases, etc in the cement color), or paint the two areas the cement color and have accents in brick red. Looking forward to seeing your results in a video. Also, get plastic throws to cover your furniture while remodeling. I also have cloth throws on my furniture for everyday protection.
