I wasn’t a fan of iron supplements during pregnancy. They changed my skin. US over supplements pregnant women and our babies kill us during delivery from their sheer size. It’s a balance though. I wish there was more controlled research to reference.

Also, the dandelions with the greens has thicker roots those are the ones to get. This is not medical advice just something we are trying. There are many ways to dehydrate the root you can cut them into small pieces let them sun dry. Just look it up on the Internet on ways to utilize the dandelion root.

this wont work for chicken of the woods, the logs have to be pasterized first, innoculated than incubated for months inside a onclave bag.

Hi I actually have very similar greenhouse. They all will fly in the wind. I have mine attached to the ground with logs and bricks. It's been standing for a couple of years, and I love it. Especially for seed starting.

Where do you normally find this burdock root, never seen it in my local grocery store

Next time dont use logs more than two weeks old, make sure you wax any holes you drill after placing in your dowel spawn. and to retain moisture use the wax at the ends too. old wood was already inoculated w something that had already been growing wherever that log came from, the second one was too old as well. when you have logs older than about two weeks you will have mycelium grown already that your mycelium will have to compete with.
