Just two very happy, silly, 50 something paddlers, documenting and sharing our paddling journey. We started ww kayaking in April 2021 and have been addicted ever since. We mostly paddle grade 2-3+ around north Wales. Enjoying our paddling and having a laugh is the most important thing for us on the water 🙂.

It's difficult to make some videos different to others when we're paddling the same two rivers for most of the summer (bring on the Autumn rains and some new rivers!!), so I experimented with a lot of slow motion in this video - hope you like it!

Hi Josh, thanks for watching! Don’t want to give you a usless answer, however, it very much depends on what type of paddling you do and where you are based (thinking weather / temperature etc). Kayak / canoe clubs are always a great place to get info, but you can’t beat going to your local kayak shop and talking to them about your needs and budget. Hope that helps!

The Dee is our local river. A lot of people knock it but there's always fun to be had, whatever the level!
