A storm is coming
It took quite a while for me to figure out how to upload videos to UA-cam using my laptop, but I finally figured it out.

The Quagga’s story.
Переглядів 3814 днів тому
The Quagga was a subspecies of zebra that went extinct in 1883 after years of overhunting and being taken to various zoos around the world. Nowadays, there are efforts to breed them back into existence.
Ground War

Kudos to one of my subscribers for suggesting that I engage in some ground combat in War Thunder (mobile) It was both entertaining, and frustrating.
Submarines armed with missiles are a lot of fun.

The title is pretty self explanatory. I was actually having so much fun that I forgot I was recording.
The battleship era is coming to an end.

For centuries, ships with large guns were the mainstay of many of the world’s navies. During WW2 though, aircraft carriers as well as destroyers and submarines, began to replace battleships as the main forces in the navies of countries such as Britain, Japan, the U.S. Russia, Germany, and more. This was because aircraft carriers, destroyers, and submarines, were often faster and more agile than...
Attempted winter ASMR

I saw that it was snowing outside my window. I tried to record an ASMR video, but it didn’t go as planned. The video is potato quality.
American Storm *Rapid movement might cause mild dizziness in certain people*

American aircraft are the focal point of this War Thunder gameplay installment. A (presumably) late war version of the F4U Corsair, the P-47 Thunderbolt, and two different variants of the famous P-51 Mustang all see action in this gaming video. Aircraft background information: The P-47 Thunderbolt was sometimes called the JUG by the pilots due to its’ shape. Some versions were built mostly for ...
Yamato’s Revenge.
Переглядів 23121 день тому
Historical Note: In early April of 1945, the Japanese battleship Yamato, along with nine cruisers and destroyers, embarked on Operation Ten-go (meaning Heaven Number One in Japanese) The task force was to sail to the island of Okinawa, located a few hundred miles south of Japan, and fight to the death. As luck would have it, the Yamato and her escort ships were spotted and later engaged by a sw...

I hope all of you fellas had a wonderful Thanksgiving. I know I did (the dark meat around the legs of the turkey is, in my opinion, the best part of the bird) Catching up with family members was also a much needed reprieve from the stress caused by recent events. Note: I don’t do ASMR videos very often because I’m normally pretty terrible at making them. Anyway, what I did was mix up a couple o...
Air Attack

Today’s gaming session was interesting. For those who don’t know, War Thunder Mobile has 3 gameplay modes. Sea,Air,Land (In the game, they’re called Ships, Tanks, Aviation respectively) Guess which one I chose for today?
Cape Verde Giant Skink
Переглядів 12Місяць тому
The series Recent Animal Extinctions returns with the Cape Verde Giant Skink. They were pretty big as far as skinks were concerned, with a snout to vent length of 13 inches. Note: Accurate information on this species was hard to find, so the facts presented in this video might not be entirely correct.
Was Operation Iron Eagle a success? You decide.

USS Iowa displays her strengths and weaknesses in this episode of War Thunder Mobile gameplay. Strengths: Nine 16 inch main guns that are lethal to enemy ships as well as state of the art armor (for WW2) capable of shrugging off most enemy shells. Weaknesses: Anti Ship Missiles (ASM for short) In her WW2 form, USS Iowa is almost entirely defenseless against anti ship missiles. These newer weapo...

I was playing War Thunder Mobile a short while ago when an unusual sequence of events occurred. The video title explains it. #warthunder #regret

Hey you doing the Christmas event matches?
@@georgetaboada3042 Why didn’t I think of that?

Hey, thanks for doing this, this was cool to watch!
man, I wish that ground had less silver lion stress, I've been grinding SL for the 1.5 mil that the m60 a1 costs. The m60 isn't even that far through the tree, so it kinda hurt to see that top tier naval is cheaper than rank 6 and 7 ground tanks. Congrats though!
@@AldenMathias Do you want to see some ground combat in War Thunder?
@@admiralinvertebrate5649 that would be cool, i like to see others' experience in this game, as I find i can learn ways to improve my skills. Thanks!
@ Wish granted general.
@@AldenMathias Took longer than anticipated, but I recorded the gameplay video. Thanks.

How is the mobile version vs. the pc version?
@@Jgg-Ace I don’t have the PC version, I vastly prefer mobile. While the PC version is probably better, I like to keep things simpler.
That would be a Gold Shaft Woodpecker.
@@stephenm8100 Never heard of it. Teach me about them.
@@admiralinvertebrate5649 I don't know much about them. Other than they are also called Yellow Shafted Woodpecker. For the gold/yellow shafts on the feathers. They are found all over North America and eat mostly bugs in dead trees.
@@stephenm8100 Makes sense. There are a bunch of trees that are either dead or appear to be ill close to where I live.
@@stephenm8100 Thanks. This particular specimen was found close to a couple large windows. It most likely died from blunt force trauma after colliding with one of the windows.
@@admiralinvertebrate5649 I'm in Iowa and from Illinois. The ones in my region are a lighter brown. Where are you?
Looks cool!
@@Lichcrafter Thanks. I don’t have a ton of confidence in myself. If you look at my older videos (I suggest you don’t) the quality is terrible.
@@admiralinvertebrate5649 Sounds like you're improving, I'm sure you'll get better with practice

Why would California be surprising? Their state flag is a brown bear.
I stand corrected. Thanks.
One other thing, the last Carolina Parakeet died in the same cage that Martha (the last passenger pigeon) spent her final days.
That’s hilarious!
It would explain why the views are going crazy.
Very interesting. I like this format. However, I would suggest leaving the images up a bit longer, especially when there are a lot of words to read. I had to pause it several times to finish reading. And what’s the music?
Noted. The song I used is called it’s different-Shadows.
Hey bud, great video. You should do one about gastric brooding frogs, that would definitely be a great one.
I have a poll on my UA-cam channel (community tab) where you can vote on what animal I should do for Episode 3. The gastric brooding frog isn’t on that poll, unfortunately (I could only have 5 options per poll) Thanks for the idea though. If you want to, feel free to subscribe. I don’t remind people to subscribe to my channel in my videos because people tend to find that type of thing annoying.
There were actually two species of gastric brooding frog. Both are now extinct.
@@admiralinvertebrate5649 there were two? Oh wow, didn’t know that. You learn something new everyday. I subbed to your channel, love your content
@@tomsgreengallery Yes, the northern gastric brooding frog, and the southern gastric brooding frog. They’re both called the gastric brooding frog, so when you said I should do a video on it, you were technically correct.
There’s a deeper meaning to the story of the Thylacine in this video. Don’t jump to conclusions so quickly. Doing so could lead to unpleasant consequences later on. Some scientists believe that the Thylacine would feed on sick Tasmanian Devils, thus keeping diseases like Devil Facial Tumor Disease (which is a type of transmissible cancer) in check. Now, with Thylacines gone, the cancer is raging unchecked. It’s gotten so bad recently, that the disease threatens to wipe out all wild Tasmanian Devil populations.
What the heck is that
It was identified as most likely a type of leech called a snail leech.
