Cold war is my favorite cod. Bo3 is my all time favorite game ever(ehhh maybe gtav storyline i mean🙂). Bo4 was ass. Cold war i orefer over bo2. Now nostalgia wise world at war and bo2+ gtav win But thats not fair. Bo2/bo5 are objectively the best treyarch game. Id say waw,mw1-2-3, bo2,bo3,cold war, ghosts are the best cods objectively speaking. Everyones gonna say bo1 tho waaaa. Well going iff nostalgia isn't a fair measurement of a games quality. Far to subjective. My lists more along objective based on cods roots, what theyr desighned to do and what the community wanted.

Cold War is the best cod we’ve had since black ops 3. But it still has major problems. 1. Dark aether upgrades in zombies. These upgrades make you too overpowered. Remember how fun and intense the Easter egg was when the game came out? Yeah, do it now and it’ll be a snoozefest. 2. The zombies maps are just ripped from the campaign. I don’t need to explain why that’s bad. 3. No set crew in zombies. The operators are sooooo boring. 4. Sbmm. Fuck sbmm in the ass. I hope it dies in a fire. 5. Where tf is the OG black ops stance on the cover? 6. Black ops 5 is a far better name than black ops Cold War.

Maps are mid and its better because sbmm/eomm doesn’t work when all sweats are gone off the game and cheaters are on the newest game so ofc it feels better

MW 2019 is the game that made me stop playing cod games.Until recently.I got on Cold War, and i guess there’s a reason why I have triple the playtime in Black Ops Cold War than any other Cod. Also probably the only game where even if I’m not playing good I still enjoy the game. And IMO it’s like one of the only cod games these days without a toxic community attached to it.

I remember during the Covid time when I first purchased this game and absolutely grind for camos in multiplayer and zombies. Was it perfect at launch? Nope. Did they improve as time went on? Yes. Especially with the dumpster fires of vanguard (especially zombies mode if you can say it) mw2 2022 and mw3 2023 being pay to win with dumb asf skins.
