He removes the half dollar from his hand and the coins switch places. Sorry. I guess it wasn’t very apparent in the video but it’s the half dollar that goes behind him back and when brought to the front again it is the Chinese coin. It’s a two card monte type effect if you are familiar with that trick.

Thank you so much. I only just recently “mastered” the EC. And I use the term “mastered” very loosely. Thank goodness for video retakes. But me shooting some of the tricks using EC has helped me improve. I actually do the EC with bigger cards or laminated jumbo dollar bills more easily and confidentially. Yes. I encourage you to dust off your jumbo set and give them a try. I look forward to hopefully seeing a video performance of yours. 😊

As a matter of fact I wrote it for a magician in California (Michael Stroud)for a zoom show he created with the theme of Alice in Wonderland. I also wrote a song based on the Walrus and Carpenter poem from the story and I performed it as both Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum. In the Through the Looking Glass piece I'm glad I thought of and used a compositional technique called mirroring. In some of the music my left and right hand are moving as a reflection of the other. If my right hand goes up a fourth my left hand goes down a fourth and so on. That way not only is the music about a mirror, the music acts like a mirror.
