This one, lagoon and sleepwalker are so magic songs. They take my mind and my being to another level
I wonder if this song is connected in the narrative of Ever Dream? "Your beauty cascaded on me, in this white night fantasy" or maybe Tuomas just like those references in songs (other artists do this too) anyway the song is great!
I can't believe I have been listening to Nightwish for so long and I still can't stop listening to it. My teenage being woukd be so haopy to know that I sing these songs for my daughter to sleep. ❤

Nightiwsh doesn’t seem to have this magic anymore , and when I say magic I don’t mean that their new albums aren’t good , but they haven’t made a magical nightwish album since imagenarium in my idea . This old style from the lyrics and heart of tuomas was what made nightwish what they were and so special . All the science and space stuff is cool on their new albums but it is not the real nightwish . I hope someday tuomas will get melancholy again and write about the night , owls, and his heart again
@MekaShadowlight yea I love the tarja albums and they will always be classic nightiwsh, but I did love Annette with the band also, her voice brought with her that innocence that fit so well with nightiwsh, as amazing as floor is I just don’t think she captures the feeling of nightiwsh as well, she would be suited better for a more technical metal band of that makes sense
I’ll never forget discovering this when I was like 13 or so, 32 now and still love this song to death. Gothic beauty forever..

Nightwish was dead in this year 2005. The truth is always painful.
One of my favorite songs by Nightwish. So lucky that I got to see them live in Worcester, MA for the Once tour. I was mezmerized and in love when Tarja walked on stage. Noone else like her in the world.

@05smaugthegolden those songs are OK, but nothing like their old ballads. Theve gone in a more humanitarian direction with their lyrics but I miss the old romantic sad songs they used to make
