Hi. Do you have the motor part number? Thanks. Great video.
Hi there, thanks for your video, where do you buy the bolt?
Recommend you have extra plastic clips when reinstalling your door panel, there very chip on eBay and will stop your door panel from rattling.
Fuck I give you credit bruddah. I took the shortcut, I used only two screws only for the motor. I left out the one on the top left corner.
Ok, here's how I got mine done correctly. Remove the entire regulator and motor assembly. Put it on a bench and grind off the 3 rivet tails on the motor. DO NOT REMOVE MOTOR YET. Put assembly arm in a bench vice. Have a helper with gloves hold tension on the spring arm so it doesn't let loose. Now remove the motor. Have helper slowly let the tension off of the spring. Now remove the three rivets left in motor mount and put 3 new replacement bolts in their place. Have helper put the tension back on the spring by rotating the arm. Once it is straight across, put new motor over the 3 new bolts and make sure the cogs line up. Tighten the 3 nuts, put back into vehicle starting with the aft track wheel first, then the other two forward track wheels at the same time. Align the plate and rebolt it in with bolt heads on the inside part of the door. Done.
