I can't believe they tried to sell Bellake as platonic when it was obvious that they had planned it from the beginning (that one gun practice scene makes it clear that Bellamy is attracted to Clarke, and it was CLEARLY a way to start hinting at the, from the start). Besides, Eliza said "you never know", which basically means that they had bellarke as an option. Idk when that changed, or why, but the truth is, like the ship or not, it was real, which is why it hurts so much: they kept baiting us but never actually gave us anything.
