Previous owners...have you encountered good , bad with this builder?

It is not worth the aggravation of the Houston area's adverse weather and bad traffic conditions. Colorado, live your dreams there. Also, that is not a $2m home anywhere in the USA today or ever. That is a wood picket fence on the property, common stuff in the southern states. Californians don't know this. Total rip-off.

Just curious....are you sure this was the Preston by Anglia/Century Homes? I was checking the website, and the Preston is a one-story.

I never understood the fascination with the double staircases. This one makes the living room seem small. Take one out and the christmas tree can go there. It's a nice home though.

I like the exterior of the home but if I'm paying $1.8 million, I do not want any basic layouts and finishes. This home still has standard/basic bathrooms, basic kitchen for the price, and the master bathroom/closet combo with carpeting can be a problem later. If someone takes plenty of showers the steam can can cause condensation in those areas.

Excellent house, good job showing it. Fair to clarify with this house, it has all the customizations, options, additions or alternatives, and all of this has an additional cost above the original value of the house. Toll Brothers offers many customizations and those who buy should know this, because it implies a high additional budget for them, which will not always be recognized in the value of the sale of the house. I mention that because I had this kind of house.
