@Sorsonet and Balanta by Sankofa Village I am about to invest in a strong extra strong over the shoulder boulder holders and have myself a dance party... These performances are seamless effortless... I watched it on most days and or play it for our meditation group at 6:45 in the am/pm as we wait for Momma Paulette to log on... Momma P was like ... That is too much energy for me LOL... Where ... or rather what are the names of these drums and sticks the young ladies used in these performances? I will be on the neighbors nerves but these sounds and moves give me life!

Having a children dance conference is such a great idea because many times they get lost or looked over for more veteran dancers at African dance conferences.. This should idea should be copied in our dance communities across the diaspora That dude in brown dress though is confusing. get on a pair of men dance apparel.

The African drum is such a spiritual instrument! It relaxes me every time I listen to it. If I'm having trouble sleeping and I play a video of it, it puts me to sleep 😊 The vibrations and sounds it produces are powerful!💯🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
