This video tour is one of the best that I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot of them. And this house is nothing short of AMAZING! This work much more than a video tour; it's more of a top-notch production. Nice touch at the end with "Johnny's Garden." I have always loved that song!

Who are you voting for Donna Trump for president or are you voting for Kamala Harris for president. I think the President in the White House should have better plan for Government Assistance Reform for child support. I think the next President of United States should have a Government Assistance Reform in child support so all lady's can start getting there 4,200 dollars cash money checks every month for each 10 kids by ten different guys. I think that the next President of the United States have Government Assistance Reform for all lady's who can work with a social worker at social services like it was in 2015 and that will help from all these lady's giving these baby's up for adoption. Very Insightful, Armand. You're spot-on about transparency. I believe that, by and large, people don't trust that which isn't transparent.

My family was selling real estate as buyer agents in the Northern Virginia area long before 1996.

Just another overpaid RE broker trying to justify their high commissions. The Buyer’s commission is paid by the Seller. It’s right on the Closing Statement. To say that “everyone pays for it” is just semantics that RE agents use to justify it. If so then the Buyer is paying too much for the house just so the Seller can pay for it out of their equity they have worked so hard to make on their home. The average home in my area of the North East sells for $600-$800,000 x 6% commission = $36,000 to $48,000 commission. That is the price of a new car. No RE agent(s) are worth the price of a new car for a simple RE transaction. If every listing agent said to their clients “I would like you to turn over the keys and title to one of your cars at closing for me to split between me, showing agent, closing agent, buyer’s agent” every Seller would say “are you kidding me?” But that is exactly what every Seller does at closing, turns over the value (equity in their home) equal to the price of a new car. The State of NC requires a whole 75 hours of classroom time to apply for a State license exam. That’s less than 2 weeks of a normal person’s work schedule. Why so little? Because it’s an easy exam and easy job. I know, I had my RE license in my State. My State requires a High School Drivers Ed’s student to have 80 hours of training before applying for an exam. More hours than my State and NC real estate agents needs to apply for license exam. Hmmm? Please people take a little time and learn how to sell your own home. Contact your local RE attorney and their staff can guide you through the process for a lot less money. It is NOT that difficult. 99% of all the information is on the internet, Staging and Open Houses, Photo taking, Purchase & Sale Agreements, Escalation Clauses, Lead Paint and Home Disclosures, companies that will help you list on the major MLS sites, For Sale/Open House signage. You can also take your State’s RE licensing course. You don’t have to take the exam. Many are on-line courses. This will give you info you can use for a lifetime. We’ve been selling our own homes since mid-1980’s. Much easier now with the internet. Just sold our 7th house a couple of months ago. Took 10 hours of our time. Saved $22,000. That’s a $2200/hour paycheck. Not a bad take home pay? We paid cash for our new house (#8) and that new car is sitting in our driveway , not in some RE agent’s driveway. Helped a relative sell their home about one month ago. No agents at all. Total cost to Seller (relative ) was $150 for attorney to file deed transfer at County Records. Saved them almost $30,000 in commission.

What are your thoughts on building modular, manufactured, or crossover houses in the triangle? Would building in Durham with city water/sewer be a good investment if you were limited in budget and time?

Do you really think you can get land for 1/3rd in a good neighborhood? Also, they are selling McMansions in Dallas for much less than $500/sqft

Are there programs for first time home buyers to get into a $288,000 mortgage without first having to save up a $58k down payment?
