Very nice!!! How long did this build take you? Love the Quote at the End!! Take Care Sir!!
@@ceasersaahir7949 from start to finish was 1 year BUT me and the wife had very good jobs and I spent every day after work working on it for at least 8 hours a day doing most of the work myself with some help from family and friends every so often….
@@adrianvaldez3934 Very Impressive! Builds of this quality, nine times out of ten, would take years to complete! No disrespect to them. You're a man that gets things done!!! Take Care Sir!!
Build straight from the ground up
just wow. You did an incredible job
@@Monsieur_Renard thank you
🔥
Nice car man - where’d you have most of the resto work done?
had all the metal work and paint done at buddy's auto body & restoration in Novato California
Thanks man! How much was all the metal work? An estimate is fine but basically I have a convertible non-SS and am looking to possibly do the same.
@@ericj1380 all my metal work was 20k and as you seen from the video it was damn near all new metal on the whole car.
@@adrianvaldez3934 I would say mine needs about only half the work bro so that’s perfect. Thanks for the help I’ll give them a call
Yeaaaaaaaaaaah 64
I enjoyed every second of this video
Excellent build 🦾💯
Man, I’m starting a 63, I wish you were here in az so I could ask for guidance 😅
Appreciate that
Average, how long it took and how much it all cost?? I wanna build a 64 from the bottom just like this!!
At the point of the video I was mid 50k range and a year long and still climbing
Oh and remember that’s with doing most of the work my self
@@adrianvaldez3934 whewww they’re not cheap. But worth it I bet. Just to get the body at the very beginning shouldn’t have been more than 2,000 right?
@@TyeB1992 I paid 10 grand for the car that you see in the beginning
@@adrianvaldez3934 wowwwwwww that’s wild!
It’s it hard to do the rust restoration yourself? I know the basics but I don’t really know how to do it I have A 64 Corvair it’s rusted badly but nun a lil work can’t fix but I don’t know where to start I need a lil advice if you don’t mind
Is it for sale?
No sir sorry
Clean build how long did it take you to do the build and how much money did it take
Took me about a year and a half and doing a lot of the work myself I was in the mid 50s range and still climbing
50s? Lol if you ever wanna sell it I bet you’ll double that
What were the oldies at the end ?
The one playing with my son in the car is pledging my love by Johnny Ace the one with me driving is dedicated to the one I love by The Shirelles
Finance the house a couple times and or live in a room and you also can accomplish this! Cause I ain’t from hard work 9-5 that’s for sure cortatelas
Trippin.... this homie is a husband and father of 3 and often worked 7 days a week to make this happen. Aside from the welding, bodywork and paint, homie did all the work himself.
*Q: You cut NEW panels for the back? - **0:48** , **4:48** Looked like rusted putty job mess...*
Yes all new
@@adrianvaldez3934 *OK Kind of figured they looked beyond repair... New panels from another junk '64 I assume?*
Glass packs or straight pipe?
Straight pipe
@@adrianvaldez3934 sounds beautiful brotha

Yo imma get me one how much you think it take to get it back like that

Looks killer!

Nice work there🤙🏾 I have a rear seat for my rag but it’s from a 64coupe.. would it fit or would I have to cut to make it fit?🙏🏽
They are different it’s easier to just find the right seat then to try and modify it
NICE WORK! I'm from Hawai'i, can't find those here.
Clean ride😎
Thank you
Have have a good parts person? I’m in the process of building my 64. Needing disk brakes, a lot of chrome , and engraving
I did a lot of eBay for original parts and car swap meats
well done my G

Aye how much did it cost to build up in total? if you don’t mind me asking
Mid 50 range
I just bought a rag same condition , may I ask how long did it take ?
Took me about a year and a half. The wife wasn’t to happy cause all my money went to the car and parts but now I think she loves it more then me
Where did you get yours painted at ?
I sent it to a guy in LA to get done
About how much was the price ?
@@janettemartin992 total for everything 2 strollers to make 1 plus all custom parts, engraving and paint I paid $2500
