@DT-gn4qw Hi no affiliate link to be given on this question. In order to get going I had to include my mother in all my companies as she is employed and has excellent credit. I wouldn't recommend doing this unless you trust the person with your life. My mother benefits from the business for helping in this regard as we're building a family empire. @TomTheEnglishPicker Good question. I have mortgages on most. However, they'll be mortgaged up to 75% loan to value of the property. So, to work out the portfolio, it's the finished property value, as dictated by the lenders valuers. That's the total value of the portfolio. Then we work out networth, so that is all the values - all the mortgages and anything owing. They're 2 different figures. The portfolio is worth 3.8m. My net worth now is 1.6m. I always keep one property un mortgaged as collateral though. So we don't ever get caught out repaying investors, etc, and we haven't yet. 8 big properties in. Great question there. 🙌

@High_Lord_Of_Terra I don't do your standard Buy to let properties. However, without landlords renting properties, half the world would be without a roof over their heads, so I'm not entirely sure your theory works.

@narellecowanproperty I disagree, I live in social housing, my upstairs neighbour pays more than double for an identical flat. I agree we also need private landlords but the market should be heavily regulated. At the moment it isn't and tenants are suffering. For what it's worth I don't blame people for doing it, I blame banks and estate agents who have a vested interest in property prices being as high as they can be.

It is all the same bullshit on all these posts stating they are now wealthy. Not one when asked to prove how they arrived at this financial statement ever comes up with the proof.

Property millionaire simply means the total value of my portfolio is over 1m, it's now over 3.8 million. 😊

I don’t know how you do this I get way to emotional & angry. I have rescued several dogs I wish I could do more being retired I have the time sadly my pensions limit me to two dogs 6 cats of which 3 are rescued kittens. Your dogs look so healthy & shiny I hope you are still rescuing take care Bob.
