I like em but prefer a rail thats i beam through as it protects the cable, i ride on sharp rocks often and wkuld fear cable impacts. I may get a set to test out for bext vesc build though.

My GT's latest firmware offers a tilt feature from FM. I ride APEx and it allows both up an down tilt. I got the 3 degrees needed for my WTF lowriders.

Did you have issues with the bearings or the motor overheating? I just completed this and now im having motor heating issues. It gets hot fast. And my hub doesn't wuite freely spiny like others.

I love how much VESC has improved recently and how fast the scene is growing. We no longer are held back by Future Motion and there shady practices. They are playing catch up now because they let their reputation deteriorate by anti consumer practices. Nice board!!

Hi, so commenting 7 months later, i am looking for rails on my gts, and i really like the skeleton rails, and will not be switching to vesc for the tilting options, but there seems to be an option in the app to tilt the nose or tail up or down. Apparently, that looses the ability to ride switch, since your nose (tail since switch) will be tilted down, but i was just wondering about your thoughts on that. I’ve also seen the dub tails, from the float life, which seem to be angled more than the 007’s, and i was just wondering which would you recommend (unbiased of course). Thanks

So why haven't we just made custom bumpers to compensate for what we would've done to that waffle honeycomb? Like for a $300/$400 you get to purchase your front bumper 😏 and throw in the rubber grommet/steel washers and the hardware. I bet they'd pay. I know I would have.
