Hey mate i would have to check the what hook but it sits at around 4.5g from memory the kicker frog is great, i generally run bigger sizes frogs or lures but the kikers definitely get the bites and hookup rate is good even with the smaller bass man! But both work mate !!

@ thanks and much appreciated. I want to get better at catching bass and I think the nepean is the closest to me I have a tandem hobie that I normally take my daughters out with me. It is hard to keep them motivated when we catch none 😂😢

@@marknissen8545 ahh yep hahah it cant get like that. unfortunatly youtube only sees the good sessions and fish caught, there are many trips with noting aswell, but like i always say theres a chance of catching fish on the water but zero chance sitting at home ahaha

@@michaelhogan1389 they are weedless mate , i only use weedles. But often switch between weighted weedless during lighter hours as most of the bass in my area wont hit them on the top rather sub surface bite. I use diffrent lures for surface that i can pause and twich . With The plastics (frogs, goats etc) im Chasing reaction bites hahah

I actually use beekley frogs because they sink with weedles hooks on purpose . I catch more fish as the frog langs/sinks for that forst couple seconds then after honestly. Worth a try mate for yourself
