    7:29 after intalling a different air filter it is advised to let the car idle for 15min followed by a gentle drive for 30min for the on board computer(ECU) to calibrate the increased in air flow …

      Thanks for the comment @madhavas.8103 - If you check the air filter housing, there's a drainage port designed for situations like this. In the worst-case scenario, if water reaches the air filter housing, it'll drain out through the port. You can even test this by pouring water into the housing to see it in action. So, no need to worry about hydrolocking-VW has already accounted for this. No worries at all :D
