Bro was jogging 💀
Where can this crash pad be bought?
This is a tough race. I was the anchor and man, when you get over the finish line, you are wiped out.
Elongated start
This is very interesting and impressive!
It must be noted. There is a direct correlation between a high jumper’s take-off speed and amount of vertical lift production. A jumper properly instructed enters their spring with proper mechanics conditioning. This includes specialized motor coordinated with physiological conditioning (speed & strength). An athlete’s motor, muscular strength and horizontal momentum entering the conversion phase define approach step length ratios and take-off angular alignment in relation to the crossbar. During the flight phase of the penultimate step a jumper has reasonable knowledge of the success or failure of the following jumping effort. The jump and bar clearance occur that fast dependent upon the athlete’s level of motor development!
Japan has made been in every Olympic final since Sydney 2000. They got silver in Beijing and Rio.
Thank you!

So you land on the balls of your feet?
SSA Adam - For Elite running it potentially more optimal to run on the balls of your feet. However this can lead to greater injury so it may not be for everyone. what must happens regardless of running technique is that one dorsiflexes their feet and also that they roll from what ever part of the foot strikes the ground first on to the forefoot and and push off the big toe.
He said it right, Usain Bolt was the fastest Man in the world. Bolt is still the fastest now but that time he was. The reason why he said that he was the fastest is to keep the video useful, because things change, someone else might break he's records.
SSA Adam - The rules changed so parts of the Japan style relay are no longer applicable.
Legend has it her shoes are still smoking and releasing dust, left behind from the dirt she made them parents eat during this race🤣😂😂

Bro, at least learn to pronounce CORRECTLY the name of an Olympic Champion, not to menition his other accolades, it's INGEBRIGSTEN with an "R" not Ingebligsten as YOU said it at least 3 times.....after the 3rd time I could watch it any longer....I got half way through...
Pov: u have conference tomorrow and got to lock in
Thank you!
Adam - Your Welcome
hello a young long jumper here , in my personal experience with flight technique , I have tried out the three main technique you would say just to like pick which one suits me better , I say its the only way to know because you won't really get a result unless you really tried it out yourself . Honestly flight technique comes to our body naturally some people can utilize let's say the hitch kick more and some people can't for example the person doing the hitchkick jumps a 6.70 but the other person only jumps around 6.20 , but when they switch to hang , the other person jumps a 6.30 best the other increase their distance to 6.60
