Maybe just get a 3-axis gimbal (I’ll send you one). Transition are great, along with shot sequence. Would love to have seen more of a lifestyle element, but cinematography and handling of lighting, music, etc. we’re surprisingly above grade.

I don't know. The building is gorgeous. The word "stately" comes to mind. But there just seems to be something aesthetically incongruous about that honkin'-big, glow-in-the-dark, swimming pool. The building conveys a sense of old money, but the cement pond suggests that the last residents were the Beverly Hillbillies.

Up keep and maintenance would be about 200k a year. Taxes are probably 100k a year. Heating and cooling another 40k a year. Also buy a 200 ft yacht. Really piss away money
