Adjusting a bicycle seatpost quick release

After you've done the routine adjustments from Part 1 as much as possible, it's time to reset the barrel adjusters, use the inboard adjustment piston to tighten up the distance between the pads and the rotor, and RE-CENTER the brake caliper.
