People will pay for a lifestyle-especially people that have the means to live pretty much anywhere they want. Limited public transportation, no low income housing, good schools, clean, no trash, no homeless camps, clean parks, nice people, low crime, good police, responsive government--we can't wait to make St. George our home and will happily pay above average prices for the lifestyle we want.

Nice video of our favorite little towns in Southern Utah, good work! My wife and I stumbled upon Ivins a few years ago by accident and love it. Snow Canyon and Tuacahn are 2 of our can't miss things to do when we're there. Santa Clara is just charming and they have the best Taffy Shop! Honestly it's just the feel we get when we're there, great little corner of the world! If we don't build a new home and retire there in a few years we'll probably spend a few months a year in our 5th wheel down there. We've been through the S&S development a couple of times. Love their RV Garage homes!

St. George has gotten real expensive for housing. I used to live there in the early 90's and brand new 3 bedroom, 2 bath housed were going starting at $64,000.

Saint George is amazing. According to air bnb you can rent a very nice place for very little money - cheaper than a hotel. So I don't see how owning an air bnb would pay for itself or even be a good investment. It would be much cheaper to simply rent. Am I wrong on that ? I just don't see how it would pencil out.

Great video however, please refrain from using the word "Master" when describing the main bedroom , as it has been deemed inappropriate by current industry standards. Use "Primary " instead.

A correction for this video about Horizon: only a couple days of filming took place out near the airport. A few days were out past Ivins, a few in Apple Valley, and a week or so outside of Zion. The rest of the first two chapters were filmed in the Moab area.
