For Video Calling, you are not required to use texting, you can send the video links in other ways. But if you did want to send it via text message, you would have to have A2P 10DLC enabled on your account. Hope this helps!

YEs - you can use smrtPhone/smrtDialer with Podio!

It does not - but we have a free smrtPhone Mobile app that syncs all of your Podio contacts. You would just need to start typing their name. OR, if you've called them recently from your computer/the Web App, you can see their number in recent calls within the smrtPhone Mobile App and you can dial back immediately.

Hello Desiree, We are currently working on a bulk texting to BUYERS only. It actually went into development yesterday. It will require the recipient to come to smrtPhone and register consent, which is why it’s for buyers only. We will not/will never support cold texting to Sellers because it’s too easy for TCPA violations.
