Northwest Bait & Scent Fishing Video
I've been killing them on the orange krush this year
I put my tuna mixture into ziplock baggies and cut the corner off so I can squeeze it directly into the lure. Cuts down on mess in the boat and it helps to load the bait quickly.
I’ve fished with Shane for the last 3 years and he’s the best guide hands down highly recommended if you want to catch fish he’s the man very knowledgeable first class operation my daughter and granddaughter have caught their first salmon with him.
Where can I buy uncured coon shrimp?
I was wondering how long will your three concoctions remain effective if kept cool in the fridge? Thanks.
Heck yeah!
Shane where do you buy your coonies
Of course you come out with a new way of curing shrimp right after I cure a jar!! 🤣Will your old recipe with added sugar and salt (1/3 cups) still work? Or should I start over?
Great video. Thanks
Can’t comment on your video about curing shrimp. Do you use non iodized table salt or non iodized sea salt when curing? And are your shrimp thawed or frozen when you do this?
hey shane just subscribed to the channel good product info thanks
Guys stop buying this garbage, seriously 😂😂😂, these guys simply making $$$ on you
Hows it going? We don't get very many bad reviews on this stuff. Did you have bad a bad experience with our products?
If you know, you know!
Oil floats to the top, use tuna in water for better scent trails
When fishing out of Crow Butte are you trollong down river or up with your bottom bouncers
Shane I bought some more curing for coon shrimp just wondering with salt added would they still be good the next year?
Can you run a Brads Killer Fish at the end of this instead of the shrimp ?
No the brads killer fish would have to much drag for the flasher to work
@@NorthwestBaitScent Okay thank you!
Shane. I love your sents that are oils. But do you make any that are sticky and think?
Shane is a fish catching stud.
There are really nice , big walleye down there all summer long
Opa , you need to relax think fishing ...
Thanks !
Thanks for passing it on Captain ! I am looking forward to May
Funny thing regulations in my area's don't allow treble hooks.(Unless you're native..) Then it is legal.
Shane is absolutely the best ... No ego , no b.s. just the straight dope I would fish with him in a minute Thanks Captain !
Thanks Shane for sharing your expertise! Sometimes it is that smallest tip,6 that helps me out and puts more fish in the boat next time out.
Awesome video and great tips. Thank you
Are the Graybill Oil Scents made with pure Garlic, pure Salmon formula oil, pure sand shrimp oil, pure garlic oil, or are they base oils with pure scents added ??
So basically it's 3 table spoons of cure per pound correct??
was not aware... springwater tuna could work like that... that is fantastic.... sooo many here tying tuna balls.. for springer success.. the drier tuna.. obviously is working best for tying to.. flatfish type lures.. i wonder.. if there could ever be... an WRAP .. on an wiggle wart..
those scent products... have caught me eye...
Good video Shane
Awesome video lots of information. The woman in the video looks a lot like farmgirl/banshee moon. Thanks for all the great information.
That bobber stop idea is really cool! Thanks!
Awesome Tutorial, Shane! Thank you!
What time of year is good to fish down there?
Thanks
I bet that bobber stop comes even more in handy when half hitching sand shrimp tales
Thank you Shane....here's the really tough question, usually my shrimp eventually get soft or the head case becomes fragile, so I go through a lot of shrimp. I see your adding scent overnight, my shrimp would probably be junk by the morning, any tips or advice on how to consistently get good shrimp and cured properly so that you can do the added scent step?
Well done on the instructions! One of the best I've seen. What size weight was that big lead ball?
Nice video
Hey Shane, really enjoying these tutorials you’ve been putting out. Can you put together a video of tips/options for upriver spring chinook fishing in tributaries? Of course the ol’ bobber and shrimp cocktail is the stand by, but fresh sandshrimp and good eggs aren’t always available. Plus, they don’t always get bit. Having other options is always something I’m experimenting with but limited success… ie herring, tuna balls… deep swirly water.
That is something I was thinking about working on this spring! I'm going to spend a week up fishing the icicle early June for springer's. I will make one during thay trip.
@@NorthwestBaitScent that would be awesome. Thank you.
Hey Everyone! Hope you enjoy the video! if you have any questions, feel free to ask in the comments!
Walleye tnt scent works great. I just recently started to use a spin glow for walleye. They work great.
Great info thank you.
Your very welcome Kelly. Thanks for watching
Where can we find these products?
I mean other than the website. Do you have any retailers in central WA?
You might check ranch and home in tri cities
@@NorthwestBaitScent If I head that way I will try them. Most likely I will hit Hooked on Toys in Wenatchee sooner. Wish you had a spiny in Yakima. Your products are top notch
great info. will that cure work on Coon Shrimp also?
We make a shrimp and prawn cure also. It's a little different formula than the egg cure
Great video bro!!
Almost look like you had a seal chasing it
What about fall
Thank you for the tip of adding so much salt. I'm convinced that put me and my son on summer Chinook in July below wanapum dam.
I will be going there tomorrow. Hope to catch something
