Maybe your presses and holds are not the best, but man your protraction is belisimoo 🤤🤤
Nice muscles bro keep up the work
Bro week to day hhh 🥲
Hoelang ben je al consistent in calisthenics baas?
how comes you dont focus on getting a cleaner form before adding additional weights on your ankles. (this is no hate just curious)
Because I have a slight addiction to the crushing pressure of heavy skills. But I try my best to do more volume at bodyweight now 😅😅
Your Height? I guess - around 173 cm
168cm 👶
Respect for training legs and losing all your planche gains in the process
😆😆 I'm not losing gains bro, I'll do my longest planche hold at my heaviest weight 🐎🐓
@tim_geerts having legs is a problem for calisthenics. Everybody knows that
It’s crazy that you can do what you do while training legs! I actually fear training them because I don’t want to ruin my planche and fl pullups progress, but when I did train legs- this exercise was the goat!
Yup, posterior chain GOAT exercise :D
I was waiting for the video ❤❤❤
Youre looking crazy for 70kgs- im unsure how much difference the height is making but im at around 79kg at 178cm and i dont look anywhere close as muscular, nore can i do the calisthenics you do. I dont have the body strength to do full planches or anything that needs body tension :D Keep pushing, man :)
Thanks, I'm 168cm :)
Why are people so little when they do calisthenics like i do calisthenics but i dont look that small and frail
Tf you mean frail? Dudes ripped.
You are my inspiration ❤❤❤ i want to vlog like you after a while , I am from Egypt
Bro just curious as to what a typical workout week looks like for you
I am literally uploading it everyday 😆
If you been training that long and look like that you’re doing something wrong bro
first 6-7 years i tried to stay skinny for calisthenics, now it's time to get big :)
How long have you been training?
imma guess 5-10 years
8-9 years
@tim_geerts wow
Can we contact you anywhere for 1 on 1 coaching? We know it’s just a matter of time till you make this your full time job, just in case you’re not a coach already, let me be your first client
Saul goodman! At the moment I dont really do coaching anymore (although i should get back to it lol) I'll make an exception for you if you help me evade taxes 🫣
@tim_geertsim not sure how taxes work in your country man. All we are to you is just friends that lend you money 😂😂 Jokes aside, I’d like to have you as a coach
@@SaulGoodman-Associates Thanks! I'll start coaching again soon :)
I just wasted a back day in the gym cuz some guy want me to wait 20min until he could finish his cable biceps and triceps and I just wanted to do 2 sers of weighted pull up but he couldn't move 30 degree and do the same shit and I didn't want to argue with him even though he is growing ass man and I'm just a 23 yo kid, I feel really really bad and I just want to ask you about advice cuz I really love your videos and you working out indoor from your knowledge and experience do you think training in gym worth it or home better sorry for the long ass speech and maybe some bad English endure me
Not to be harsh bro, but at 23 you are also a grown ass man. Don't blame other people for a bad workout, you can always do something else. Keep going bro 🐎🐓🔥
@tim_geerts you are right, I was stressed out yesterday but I have calmed down now and it's my own fault cuz I blame someone in the first place
Great to see planche day. Good work man you’re inspiring. How long were you stuck on straddle before you unlocked full planche?
3-4 months or so I think
Awesome physique and insane pump!!
motivation 🔥
Combining biceps and lower back work.. genius :)
😆😆 Real science right there
Hey bro, how are you? I saw some videos of you on Instagram, I didn't know you used to do full planche one arm, how amazing.
Yeah I'll get back to that after normal planche strengthening :)
Keep it up
i like you bro .keep going
Beginner just should be goal: 10 x 10 push up, australian pull up 10 x 10, skip leg🙌
I am a sucker for full body splits. When life demands it (family & job), two-days-a-week intense full body can do miracles. For sissy squats, I use band (looped around a pull-up bar) for 'support', for some reason, it helps me to get to zone easier than using solid objects 🤔
Nice going man 🐎🐓
And let's go to another video, watching Tim at breakfast haha
normal grip fl holds for so long, impressive
What type of work do you do?
Software engineer 🤓
I have an inspiration from you❤❤❤
Whats your height sir? Looking big
168cm
What’s the alarm thing you have while you’re doing sets? It beeps before every fl raise?
It's an interval timer from the app store :)
Goodshit. Slow n steady wins the race
Whats your height?
168cm
@tim_geerts thats a lot of lean muscle mass for your height already
How long did it take you to learn a Planche?
7-8 months
I watch your videos from some time now and its like talking with a friend about training, much ispiration keep up the good work man
THANK YOU FOR BEING MY FRIEEEEND 🐎🐓
Where the rep
Its the consecutive dips, where the half rom or nearly full rom are accepted, for increasing speed ( strength)
@@truyenpremium8247 i m just kidding
0:26 Hey bro, I see a similarity, because I also talk about direct training, I do research and more research to improve something specific, I just need to start posting videos.
In the next video, can you give tips and examples of how you progressed in the front lever pull up?You can leave the tips for the end of the training, but that's it, a hug from Brazilian
I'll see if I can talk about it :)
dude youre a monster 😂 those dips man
I see you like Mudkips 👍
Haha yes! :D
I guess your inclination to Mega Swampert explains those guns of yours 😀 Joking aside, I noted you do not train chin-ups or curls very often (if I did not miss videos where you grinded them) and still your bicepses are very developed. How come? A lot of bent arm pulling in the past or do you think the planche work does the heavy lifting for your bis? 🤔 Appreciated the bulking series, thanks! 👍
@@josefmana5581 yeh biceps.is pretty much just planche work :)
Shoulders 🙌
I`d be happy with 15 reps with 70kg even if they weren`t perfect.
I cannot planche pushups so should I do tuck planche pushups or pseudo planche pushups? Also what progression of planche press should I start with?
Yes. Start with the easiest (pseudo planche) and move on from there
Your first 2 year of training, how long does take to learn full planche and front lever?(I'm 183cm and 74kg)
Depends from person to person
Farm exp to level up skill 😂
Maintain discipline , focus only on your art
ティムさんありがとう。いつも動画見てるよ、応援してるぞ🔥
ショウさんこそいつもありがとう!ショウさんの激しいパワーがモチベになってる!
The exercise you were doing at the beginning appears to be the Victorian, it is very difficult, and just doing it makes your triceps hurt a lot, the high parallel is good to do, but it's a great exercise.
Subscriber from INDIA, WHAT DO YOU EAT FOR PROTEIN? AND ALSO PLEASE TELL HOW MANY GRAMS OF PROTEIN YOU EAT AT YOUR BODYWEIGHT?
He eats beef and pork.
Indeed: beef, pork, sometimes fish and lots of eggs. I'm hitting about 220g of protein daily at the moment but that's definitely overkill haha. 2x your bodyweight in grams is enough protein
ahhh there is this, finally
