There are two types of ticket in the game 😄 Character tickets and rolling tickets. Which one ?
Games been out a year who needs this if your rolling you know how to get them

Here's the amount of Hero Souls you get, depending upon the rarity of the duplicate item: 1 star - 1 hero soul 2 star - 10 hero souls 3 Star - 200 hero souls

Further, with the release of All for One, one character from the roll pool has been shifted to character ticket's pool. This video was made before that.
