December Q&A

How do I know I’m improving? Should I stretch after workouts? Train without shoes? What is a superset? How should I feel after a workout? Is there anything you can do to get rid of soreness quicker?

Step Down Tips (Lower Limb Alignment)
GRING NEVER STOPS 🔥🔥🔥
Nice video, amazing effort deserves much more attention! Keep up the great work.
Fantastic video , I find it very interesting to think about how sprinting on a track differs to lets say chasing down a really wide (and low thrown) swing in Ultimate.
is this for rehabilitation
Anything is rehabilitation when used in the right context! And the same exercise then becomes good training when there is nothing to 'fix'. This could potentially be used for visual stabilisation training (for headaches/concussion issues) or upper limb return to play for example.
@@fionamernagh great thank you 👍
mam how to walk using pelvis plz help me in tired of my waistband swivels
Thank you
Is this good for achilles tendinitis
If foot strength is low and this is part of why you have achilles tendinitis then it may help but it wouldn't target the achilles directly or be a typical exercise for it.
Very impressive , movement is 👑
That little pause/hitch in the middle of the first throw is not doing him any favors
HUCK TWO 😅😅😅
Dear Ma'am. Are you looking for a professional UA-cam thumbnail designer? Let me know please Thanks?
probably worth revisiting this.. seen several notable pro players put out their own video on hucks in the past few years.. Issue with the step back is theres too much windup esp if theres a mark on you.. while the step forward you probably could have stepped through your defender already and therefore closed out any chance of them preventing you to huck..
I actually don't make these kind of analytical videos these days, haven't in a long time - I really don't have the time to make them a good enough quality! On your point, this is intended to be an observational video, not an instructional one. They were two random volunteers who sent me footage. If you look at Valeria Cardenas you'll see she likes to start with her foot already a bit forward and just stomps into the ground. Others like to start with their foot back (see the very last clip in the video I made and Claire Chastain here: ua-cam.com/video/TlUGeU11h3k/v-deo.html). That would of course negate the need to bring the foot back before forward. I don't believe in a one size fits all approach, always good to explore how your body works best and ideally have multiple solutions for the same task.
Nice video madam respect to you mam

Just stumbled upon your channel. Tysm 🙏 Do you play for a club and PUL/WUL by any chance?
Thank you! I am Irish so no PUL/WUL for me unfortunately. I have represented Ireland on multiple occasions but this year I've actually taken a step back to focus on my career. Still playing some Mixed club with Jabba the Huck though!
Why not just talk about your elbow...
My point was to create movement of the shoulder blade on the back of the ribcage rather than everything moving together up there. If you lead with the shoulder blade gliding along the back your elbow will follow. If you lead with the elbow you might not get relative movement above but it's a pretty fine cue too and may work fine. The relative movement is key because it leads to stretch and the elastic recoil leads to more power in the throw.
Good Corgi:-)
that's some good control alright, good work👌

Nice descriptions
Is it training for calves muscles and is the ball used to keep sufficient gap between the legs????
The ball is to encourage more eversion. It is to help those who may overly invert their feet when walking or running and end up rolling onto the outside of their feet, rather than going through the ball of the big toe.
Great exercise 💪🏼
1:15 is a great tip that I need to work on
