Today 9th December, 2024. Playing P.K. Chishala's "Imisango Yandoshi". Remembering a colleague, young sister Doreen Siwale. How kindness can turn into mischief. How she laughed at the thought of it. I started playing the song from Saturday 7th December 2024, today Monday 9th decided to call her since when I last saw her in May she informed me she was diagnosed with cervical cancer. Months down the line, a lot happened making me having the urge to call very early in the morning just to learn that she padded on last year in November. HOW CRUEL this cancer, just a week after burying my spiritual daughter who passed on from pancreatic cancer.
