Trying a DIY Bath Bomb Kit from Earthy Good! Can this kit survive my absolute chaos?!
I was wondering if there always needs to be a black background with the flakes. Every UV resin artist I’ve seen so far does that. Does it look very different using just clear resin? I was thinking of brushing a 3D tiny skull mold to make a pendant. I can just fill it with clear, but will it have the same effect?
Beautiful! I did gasp when that white dripped though...
I have loads of UV resin, I should try this, it would be so quick compared to epoxy!
But the final steps to resin dice is sanding the surfaces and polishing them. If that power is just in the surface isn't that going to be removed during that process or are you just leaving them in a rough state unfinished?
I just got this same exact mold and jdiction viscosity trio. Is it curing well for you?
I know it's been a year. The trick is cure for a minute on each side then pop it out put the bearing in then the other 2 then cure again. A hammer will Crack it I tried on one I cured way to long and it cracked it.
Would make an awesome coaster!
what resin did you use?
They used uv resin
Where did you buy the mould from? Plz share link
Omg these are beautiful!
What kind of colorant was used?😊
cuteee❤
What about where is spilled over what did you use to even it out, also do you think a layered color would work I want to make a rainbow set
🫶
Nice
UV resin and alcohol inks do NOT LIKE ESCK OTHER.
🤷🏼♀️ we don't learn unless we experiment!
Where can I buy this mold
❤❤❤
Hi this looks really cool where can I get them ?
Hi! I got mine on Amazon - they have all sorts and mine is just a basic one sold by "ORNUNIQ"
Well that doesn't seem right how did you get the UV resin to cure being there's foil on the front and a black back?😮
They took an unbelievably long time to cure 😂 I have a UV curing box so I just stuck them in there for a bit. The foil somehow doesn't prevent curing (it's magic, I think) but the black pigment slows it down a lot. I should just use epoxy lol.
@@squallbunnyYou could also just fill to almost the top with clear resin, cure, paint the back and then another layer of clear resin to seal it. Or would the final top be hard anyway because it’s curing on a black background?
So pretty! Resin is such a fun thing to mess with :)
Thank you so much! I am absolutely hooked on resin for sure 😀
Where do you get your holographic molds from?
Amazon! Although they seem to come and go pretty quickly so I search for "holographic earring molds" every once in a while.
What is the bar you fed them into?
It's called something like "slide on end bar for jewelry making" - I think they're used for bracelets typically. You can find them on Amazon! I bought the PandaHall brand ones.
😮😮😮😮❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I love it. Jewelry should be pretty; it's art. Not a diamonds and gemstones girl, I like to make and wear handmade stuff that's pretty.
Slay girl and first
Can I ask where ur tiny flowers are from? I’ve been searching for a set with those exact colors for WEEKS 🤦🏼♀️
Hi! So sorry for the delayed reply! These are from Amazon, they came in a little pack of different tiny slices. If you search for "EHOPE 3D Fruit Slices" they should come up 😊
Alum crystals
Love the sparkle I always have trouble getting the tape off mine,
That's very cool. Where did you get the bold?
Thank you! This one is by a brand on Amazon called "Wehous" 💖
Stunning!!!!! So many videos say resin will dull the sparkle of jewels, well I can't tell. Lol
I was so worried that would happen!! I think it just made them shine more ✨
Красота❤
So pretty. Where are you finding your molds? Also the halographic ones.
Thank you! I get a lot of my molds from Amazon right now. If you go to amazon.com/shop/squallbunny (link in my profile) I keep a list called Silicone Molds that I try to keep up to date 😊
Omg this are gorgeous!!
I love your videos❤❤❤❤keep posting more of this. Also don't forget to wear a mask and gloves for your safety.
Thank you so much for the kind words! 💙 I didn't wear gloves in some earlier videos, which is regrettable, but I've learned to set a better example 😊
I just started trying out uv resin(used to use regular resin) for some reason it isnt curing with the inks in it. I have no idea what i could be doing wrong lol
Oh that's totally not a you thing! I find the more alcohol ink I use, the longer things take to cure. The darker ones seem to make it take even longer. I used wayyy too much on this coaster but learning is part of it ☺️
Are both layer of resin UV @squallbunny ? Or after the one with the inks you pour regular epoxy resin? Thx
I love this one! Where do you get that mold and the colors?
Thank you! I got the mold on Amazon but it seems to be sold out at the moment. There are similar ones, though, if you search for holographic earrings molds! And the resin pigments are by a store called DecorRom on Amazon. They're definitely my favorite pigments!
@@squallbunnyczy te formy z hologramem są użytku wielorazowego. Czy one są jednorazowe czy ten efekt (🌈) utrzymuje się za każdym razem?
They are reusable! It is really neat. I've used some many times and still get the same effect each time. 💖
@@squallbunny thank you :)
Didn't the top layer of pigment rub off? I've wanted to make a set like thos for ages, but I was worried. These are gorgeous!
Thanks so much! I'll be honest, my campaigns are always digital so I've never used them enough to fairly judge. I do use the same technique for keychains, though, and the pigments don't wear off over time!
if you are worried about it, you could cast two rounds, the first one with blanks + the pigment, and then put those in a mold with markings, and fill with a bit of clear resin. you could also manually coat them w something like mr. super clear or varnish or just clear resin. my 🪙🪙
Cute! What tool are you using to place the fruit in place?
Thanks! It's called a wax picking pencil and it's a game changer for working with tiny things. I think they're used a lot for rhinestone work.
Gold!
Very pretty!
Też się tym zajmuję❤❤❤
It’s so cute!! Where did you get the molds? I’ve been looking for them.
Thanks! You can search for GamersTreasuresCo on Etsy! I've gotten quite a few and love them. They tend to get less glossy after 12-15 keycaps but they're really high quality and easy to use
How long do you cure the dice for under the uv light?
Hi! I cure them for about 12 minutes, flipping halfway, in a UV curing box. (Sorry for the late reply!)
What Ms your go to Resin for dice?
@squallbunny Thank you! I want to try this as I prefer UV resin over the slower pouring resins.
They look awesomeeee!🎉 Did you cure them under UV lamp?
She does I believe
Beautiful
Thank you!
Beautiful
Thank you!!
is the last layer normal resin or uv resin? because you did not let it sit under the uv light
Hi! The last layer is also uv resin but I moved it into a uv curing box for five minutes because I'm impatient. It's a really neat device!
I first I thought it was real😭😭 but it’s so cuteeee
