A look at my OC SPray training . In order to maintain PSO certification I had to endure this type of pain. Dont know if you can tell from it but probably some of the worst pain Id ever took. I think i did well tho. I couldve spoke louder for the suspect but handcuffing was a b%&ch because i really had to open my eyes.
