MY SUGGESTION OUTSIDE KITCHEN 1. Outside Kitchen can be made as a shelter just by the perimeter wall as you come out of the main Kitchen Door. Build a firewood brick stove with a sink and water connected (not a village three stones arrangement), which can enable you to do Braiis/Nyama choma. The outside kitchen/shelter shouldn't be enclosed but open as gazebo with enough space for people to sit. You can use metal (square tubes) to create a structure for outside kitchen GUEST ROOM 2. On the one current structure it can can be a guest room fine but, you have to THINK FUTURE as you progress. Note that the room in future can be extended upward and sideways. Extending sideways, you can in future add another rooms and make each room with own toilet, suitable for any kind of guest. THINKING FUTURE 3. Suppose in future you extend sideways and have 3 rooms self contained, then there is a possibility of adding another 3 rooms self contained on top (upstairs) giving you six self contained rooms within your compound which can be used for business. The upstairs can either be roofed or create a concrete balcony with a tank. 4. Alternatively, The water tank can go where the underground tank is, to create enough space for balcony or if you decide to roof

Be smarts in order to earn more money and live confortably. The existant outside room needs a bathroom and May be a kitchenette in a corner. It will be a room studio for renting as RBNB and when it's empty a room for family visitors. Take your time to do well. After that, you build an other room for an office, an other one for a storage room. The outside kitchen, must be installed outside in a terrasse or veranda.
