Tom Pamperin is a writer, sailor, and occasional boat builder based in Wisconsin. He spends his summers exploring the Great Lakes and the inland waters of the Midwest, with occasional trips farther afield. Tom's book Jagular Goes Everywhere: (mis)Adventures in a $300 Sailboat, won an honorable mention for the Council for Wisconsin's Blei/Derleth Nonfiction Book Award in 2015.
