Congratulations on your home and excellent academic achievements! You are doing a nice job with this project. I have some advice for you though: you do not have enough windows. Windows are critical for several reasons, and you should consider adding a few in the future. Windows provide natural light and a connection with the outdoors. They provide ventilation, which I think is mostly going to be a problem in your bathroom once you install the door. There is so much moisture in there it could become a problem. At least get an exhaust fan installed there. And lastly, a window provides a means of egress from your bedroom in an emergency. You have a window in the bedroom, but it is too small to meet the requirements for egress. Let me know if need any other advice as I am an architect in NYS. Best of luck!
