Cold start after sitting for 7 months. Fourth gear has a whining sound. New gears should fix that. But other than that, runs strong and no leaks at all. But drinks oil like it's gatorade.. Any solution for that would surly be appreciated..

god damn thats a clean bike. If youre losing oil and its not leaking chances are you one if not both of your piston rings are blown, and oil is making its way up from the crank case and burning off in the cyliner, Check your spark plugs to see if they are wet also take a look at the tail pipe, might be getting some blow by out the back if that was the case.

Man you are exactly right. She is in the table for a rebuild, I might go up in pistons and jugs. Maybe a 95. Thanks again for your diagnoses
