Hi any old us wire would do. You can cut off the other side of the USB-A wire, strip it off and solder it on the pcb. Remember the orientation. Take pics when you de solder and solder it on in the same way. Good luck.

Looks like usb malfunction. In this case you can totally remove the main board and connect joystick wires to a ardhino nano. Then use mobiflight to map the commands. If ur unsure let me know and I'll guide you. The joystick side of the main board has a USB power surge. Hence removing the load makes it recognise in windows.

Thanks, I’ve managed to sort it out now and get them working with mobiflight. Just have to work out how to get them going in xplane 12 😆

Hi,The 990Pro works,But its gen 4,You should go with the 970 Pro,gen 3, less Bottleneck ok, trust me,i brought the 990 pro back, the 1 tb 970 pro...about 140 used, they don,t make them anymore, they were the fastest thing on the block, when they came out,Perfect for your mac...

Make sure you buy the sintech adapter to be safe ok,,it works good,both of them, the small one, and the long one

I had sintech adapter.. it didnt work for me with 990 pro.. Now i have replaced the adapter with a rivo.. Will try and get back to you.. If this doesnt work i am going to abandon the ssd upgrade project

Yes it's a bit tricky you need to hold it in place while you quickly slam on the plastic bit on the circuit.

The joystick already works as a tiller. Just assign axes to left and right.

It doesn't click in reverse but clicks when you bring it back to idle are you sure what you mean is correct?

The usb replacement was due to inferior quality cable used by TM. I changed it to a thicker and quality cable.

Do u mean the pic hat switch has left button activated at all times? Tilted would mean hardware failure.

Also what is the tca properties showing. Open joy. Cpl in search

@@captainranj2234 sorry the button not deviated. But from the properties it shows that the left pov button continuously activated.

U sure it the throttle and not rudder? If in warranty send TM and email. U can try Diview and configure it.

You can fix that yourself. Nocturnal simulations has a repair video for the dodgy Z-axis. Takes about 30 minutes.

you mean the tca quadrant throttle? no it should only nice up and down. not left and right. if so then use the joining pin included in the box and tighten the screw at the back to make firm.

if ur taking about the throttle on the sidestick then yes they all have a slight movement. its normal as its a sliding potentiometer like a crossfade pot on dj kits. it's normal to have a slight play.

@@captainranj2234 yeah, throttle on sidestick. Previously I used Saitek Aviator & Logi 3D Pro and they had rotating pot and it felt a bit better

use a program called Diview. then add dead zones and calibrate. whatever you save on diview gets saved in Windows controller config.

you can open up the spring base box and check if it's the spring tension issue or something else.. maybe the box is loose. tighten the screws it's may help.

@@captainranj2234 i did the calibration in Windows and the trigger and pov buttons were not working , SO i have asked for a replacement as the joystick is defective. I tried it on a different computer and with a different game Elite Dangerous still same problem. Everything works except POV and Trigger ..Red ..Buttons . So probably a manufacturing defect.

Open it up without making any visible damage to the screws. It will not impact warranty. Also there is no screw under the serial number label so as long as that isn't damaged no it will not make any impact on the o your warranty.

u need to remove all other planes and a32nx. this will work with out a32nx and any other addon aircraft. Good luck

ah. its a remodeled work of abad studios.. works only if u remove the FBW mod.
